LOUISIANA DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE
Re-Engineering of ARTS and Enforcement Modules
Business Need
The LDI needed to re-engineer their outdated Legal application, create a new Enforcement system, and integrate both into their main line of business application, the Regulatory Management System (RMS). Additional goals were to modernize and improve the system, give users a consistent user interface, and to increase system performance and security. This required existing business processes to be streamlined, and for two new workflows to be created for the Legal and Fraud divisions.
Our Approach
Working with the Legal and Fraud divisions, Tri-Core performed a complete analysis and security audit to ensure that the developed systems would meet their current and future needs. Screen mockups and business process flowcharts were produced and reviewed with both divisions. Tri-Core developers used agile methodologies to complete the new system in record time, with minimal project risk, and within budget.
Key Features
Complete integration with RMS, customized dashboards for assigned tasks and key performance indicators. Vastly enhanced search capabilities, a consistent user interface, enhanced system security, detailed activity logs with audit functions, full PDF report generation, and an updated user interface consistent with RMS.
